Amy Billinghurst is a results driven operations manager, with over a decade of experience owning and running small businesses. After graduating from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, she went on to work for ScotiaMcLeod trading retail bonds, and eventually joined a wealth management team, assisting clients with their portfolios.
With a move to Whistler, BC and a change in lifestyle, she found herself immersed in the arts, where her passion for community and entrepreneurship grew. It was here she started mountain biking and trail running, and experienced firsthand the importance of protecting our natural landscapes.
Amy’s diverse experience combining her financial acumen, marketing expertise and logistics management, has given her a well rounded skill set for her role as administration and operations manager for the Escarpment Corridor Alliance. She thrives when building community and connecting with others.
Outside of her work life, Amy is an active community member, mother, trail runner and cyclist, and a passionate steward of the land. When she’s not on the trails with her family and friends, you can find her tending to her giant flower and vegetable garden.
