The Municipality of Grey Highlands has released preliminary comments on the proposed spa and 800 unit hotel/condo development. They are recommending a deferral – meaning that they are not recommending approval or denial, pending further information. The Municipality of Grey Highlands is asking for public feedback on the master servicing plan for water and wastewater. This is a critical issue for both of these developments. They have developed further options for the AMIK water and wastewater systems which can be found here: https://connectgreyhighlands.ca/MSP.
Please provide your feedback to the municipality and the county on these updates. It is important for both the County and the municipality to know that the community is engaged and interested in these developments. Some of this can be quite technical, so please reach out if you have questions.
