Dale Biddell is an experienced leader and consultant in the charity sector, dedicated to modernizing traditional nonprofit models. Holding an M.A. in Philanthropy from St. Mary’s University and an Honours Bachelor’s in Physical Education from McMaster University, she combines academic knowledge with practical expertise. Dale served as CEO of United Way Simcoe Muskoka from 2013 to 2022 and founded Engage Consulting, where she advised organizations on strategy, revenue diversification, and operational planning. Her volunteer work includes board positions with the Institute of Southern Georgian Bay and Escarpment Corridor Alliance. Dale’s commitment to the community extends to roles with national committees and local health and child services organizations.
