Brenna Lattimore

A born nature lover with degrees in environmental studies, international development and forest conservation, Brenna has 25 years of experience working passionately with various organizations across Canada, the UK and abroad to protect and conserve nature and biodiversity.  She has also served as a research associate and sessional lecturer at the University of Toronto.

Brenna is an enthusiastic and experienced science communicator with a keen interest in bridging the gap between scientific knowledge and public understanding, and has spoken at venues around the world on ecologically and socially responsible land stewardship practices.

After moving to Creemore in 2022 with her young family, Brenna has focussed her efforts closer to home, chairing the Biodiversity and Nature committee of the Clearview Sustainability Network, and founding the Clearview Wildflower Project to encourage and support garden naturalization across Clearview Township.

She feels incredibly grateful to live in such a beautiful, biodiverse region, and to have the opportunity to work with other passionate people to protect it for present and future generations.
